The Town of Eaton is currently taking sealed bids for cleaning the Community Center after each usage The Town will provide the cleaning supplies and needed equipment. Clean and disinfect all used tables and chairs. Cleaning will include but isn’t limited to the following: Sweep and mop the main floor and both bathrooms, clean the sinks, urinal and toilets. Wipe down the walls, soap, toilet paper and paper towel dispensers and hand dryers. Make sure toilet paper, paper towel, soap dispensers and trash bags are refilled. Empty trash cans if needed. After each cleaning a check off list will be filled with date, time, any maintenance issues that need to be looked at and a supply list checked off. This will be required to receive payment. The bid for 107 E. Harris Street will be for sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and cleaning the windows (inside and out). Cleaning the toilets and the sinks in both bathrooms. This will be done once a month during business hours.

Bids can be submitted to the Town Office from April 26 thru May 9, 8am- 3:30pm. They can also be hand delivered during the regular Council Meeting on May 9 at six pm at the regular meeting place.
