Planning Commission Public Hearing
The Eaton Town Planning Commission met in a Public Hearing. Present are Brenda Brumley, Ralph Caudill, Derek Mitchell, and Eric Laughner. Dustin Reese was absent.
Derek Mitchell called the meeting to order.
Mr. Billington went over his plan and the map he provided.
Discussion followed. The audience was asked if they have any questions. Questions about location, upkeep and security were answered.
Mr. Billington thanked everyone for their input.
Mr. Billington feels due to the feedback at this meeting he will not be proceeding at this time. No vote is needed.
There being no further business to be brought before the Board at this time Ralph Caudill made a
motion to adjourn. Eric Laughner seconded the motion. Vote a. 4/0. Motion carried.
