Special meeting
The Eaton Town Council met in a special meeting. Daniel Blankenship, Roger Wells, Teresa Welsh, Dustin Reese, and Meghan Deckman are present.
Daniel Blankenship called the meeting to order.
Daniel Blankenship turned the meeting over to the Town Attorney John Brooke.
Mr. Brooke went over the rules set by I C Codes and the Ordinance he has drawn up for the Town.
The Council asked Mr. Brooke about the annexation process. Discussion followed.
Mr. Brooke stated that he has asked the judge that the lawsuit against the Town be dismissed.
There being no further business to be brought before the Council at this time Roger Wells made a motion to adjourn. Dustin Reese seconded the motion. Vote was 5/0. Motion carried.
